I can’t cancel my subscription through my online account

If you purchased your subscription through the Family Zone app installed on a parent's device it cannot be cancelled through your online account.  You must complete this through the Family Zone app installed on a parent's device.

If you don’t want your subscription to renew you will need to cancel the automatic renewal prior to the renewal date, if you fail to do this it will automatically

Subscriptions that are purchased via the Family Zone app installed on a parent's device can only be cancelled through the Family Zone app.

Steps to resolve:

  • Contact Apple support for assistance
