To purchase a Premium subscription through Zone Manager:

  1. Open the Zone Manager app

  2. Click Settings

  3. Click Upgrade to Family Zone Protection

  4. Click $58.99 next to Family Zone Premium

  5. Enter your Apple ID password in the Sign-in Required pop up

  6. Click Confirm

  7. Enter your iTunes account password

  8. Click Sign in to finish your purchase

Can I get a monthly subscription?

No, only yearly is available through Zone Manager.

Can I get the box or phone?

No, you can only get the annual subscription through Zone Manager on iOS.

What happens in my Zone Manager app?

After you’ve upgraded you will have a number of new options available to you in your app.  Your Cyber expert has taken care of the default settings, however you can modify these at any time.

What happens on my child’s devices?

Any devices that have Mobile Zone installed will be changed to Premium meaning Internet Filtering rules, Calendars and routines will apply.

What about Zone Manager on Android?

You can’t purchase a subscription on Zone Manager for Android devices yet.

How do I renew my subscription?

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it.
