To purchase a Premium subscription through the Family Zone app installed on a parent’s device:

  1. Open the Family Zone app installed on a parent's device

  2. Click Settings

  3. Click Upgrade to Family Zone Protection

  4. Click $6.99 or $68.99  for monthly or annual subscription

  5. Enter your Apple ID password in the Sign-in Required pop up

  6. Click Buy

  7. Click Continue on the Subscription Terms pop up

  8. Click OK on the Confirm Subscription pop up

  9. Click OK on the You’re all set pop up

  10. Click the back arrow at the top left of the screen to get back to the Family Zone app

Can I get a monthly subscription?

Yes, you can select either monthly or annual.

Can I get the box or phone?

No, you can only get a premium subscription through the Family  Zone app installed on a parent’s iOS device.

What happens in my Family Zone app installed on a parent's device?

After you’ve upgraded you will have a number of new options available to you in your app.  Your Cyber Expert has taken care of the default settings, however you can modify these at any time.

What happens on my child’s devices?

Any child devices that have a Family Zone protection app installed will be changed to Premium meaning Internet Filtering rules, Calendars and routines will apply.

What about the Family Zone app on a parent's Android device?

You can’t purchase a subscription on the Family Zone app for Android devices yet.

How do I renew my subscription?

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it.
