To cancel your subscription via the Zone Manager app:

  1. Open the Zone Manager app

  2. Click on Settings

  3. Click on Manage subscription Family Zone Premium

  4. Click on Zone Manager for Parents

  5. Click Cancel Subscription

  6. Click Confirm on the Confirm Cancellation pop up

  7. Click Done in the top right

  8. Click Zone Manager in the top left to return to the Zone Manager app

Does cancelling my subscription cancel any Mobile Zone services that are active on my account?

No, cancelling your subscription only stops it from automatically renewing.  As you’ve already purchased the 12 months subscription your account will stay active until it expires.

Can I cancel my Apple App Store Subscription via my online account?

No, it can only be cancelled via Zone Manager.

Why can’t I cancel my subscription through Zone Manager?

Only subscriptions purchased through Zone Manager can be cancelled through Zone Manager, you’ll need to log into your online account to cancel.
