To cancel your subscription via the Family Zone app installed on a parent's device:
Open the Family Zone app installed on a parent's device
Click on Settings
Click on Manage subscription Family Zone Premium
Click Cancel Subscription
Click Confirm on the Confirm Cancellation pop up
Click Done in the top right
Click Family Zone in the top left to return to the Family Zone app installed on a parent's device
Does cancelling my subscription cancel any Family Zone services that are active on my account?
No, cancelling your subscription only stops it from automatically renewing. As you’ve already purchased the 12 months subscription your account will stay active until it expires.

Can I cancel my Apple App Store Subscription via my online Family Zone account?
No, it can only be cancelled via the Family Zone app installed on the parent’s device that is attached to the iTunes account that the subscription was charged to.
Why can’t I cancel my subscription through Family Zone installed on a parent’s device?
Only subscriptions purchased through the Family Zone app can be cancelled through the Family Zone app, you’ll need to log into your online account to cancel any other subscriptions.

Can I just convert to FREE Insights?
No, once you have an Apple App Store Subscription you have to wait for the subscription to expire to downgrade to Insights.

How long does it take for my subscription to be cancelled?
Your subscription will be cancelled when the period you have already paid for ends. Until then, you'll be able to continue using your Family Zone service.
Can I activate my subscription again?
Yes, you can activate your subscription to any of our current offers in the subscription page.
