I’m trying to add a device and I’m getting an error that I don’t have enough entitlements

Your subscription only has a set number of entitlements or services that you can activate.  Once you’ve reached that limit you’ll not be able to activate any new devices.  You may need to clean up old unwanted devices to activate new ones.

Steps to resolve:

I’ve cancelled my Family Zone protection apps & Home Zone services and I’m still being billed

Cancelling your Family Zone protection apps and Home Zone services don’t automatically cancel your subscription.  You will need to cancel the subscription.

I’ve cancelled my subscription and I’m still getting emails

From time to time we will send marketing emails to customers and ex customers, if you don’t want to receive these emails please unsubscribe from the mailing list.

Steps to resolve:

  • Click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email
