To check if your child’s device has alerts:

  1. Sign in to your online account 

  2. Click on Settings in the left hand menu

  3. Click on Devices

  4. Check to see if there are any alerts listed in the Alerts column

  5. Click on the Device Name to see what the alerts are

  6. Click on Find our more to see more information about the alert

Can I get rid of the alerts?

No.  The alerts will remain until the condition that caused them is rectified. 

What types of devices get alerts?

iOS (Apple), Android, Windows, Mac and Chromebook devices that are protected by Mobile Zone may have alerts.

How do I rectify the alert?
