I’m not getting any emails from my Cyber Expert

Our Cyber Experts send out a number of emails including educational series, App review emails, monthly newsletters.  Each Cyber Expert has a different approach to communication and a different schedule.

Actions to resolve:

  • Check your spam/junk folder of your email, our emails may be being flagged as spam

    • Ensure you flag the email address as known so emails go to your inbox

  • Log a support ticket to have them investigate, you may have opted out of receiving emails and our team can opt you back in

My Cyber Expert is listed as “Do It Yourself” and I don’t get any advice or education

It’s likely at the time you created your account a Cyber Expert wasn’t applied or selected.  You can select a Cyber Expert whenever you want.
