I’ve entered custom apps and it’s not working

Most likely you’ve entered a site that is already controlled by us. For example, if you wish to control Facebook, you should do this through the category Facebook in Social networks & Games. If in doubt, please reach out.

  • Account email

  • Child’s name

  • Devices impacted

  • Time of issue

  • Description of the issue
