To remove a custom website rule through your online account:

  1. Sign in to your online account 

  2. Click on the user whose Internet Filtering Rules you want to manage

  3. Click on the Profile name in their dashboard

  4. Check the age profile is reflected in the first drop down box

  5. Select Websites from the second drop down list

  6. Locate the website that you want to delete

  7. Click the red cross (x) next to the website

To  remove a custom website rule via the Family Zone app on a parent device:

  1. Open the Family Zone app on a parent device

  2. Click on the user whose internet filtering rules  you want to change

  3. Click Internet filter & rules

  4. Select Websites from the drop down box

  5. Click Done

  6. Locate the website that you want to delete

  7. Click the red cross (x) next to the website

How long before the change takes effect?

Internet filtering rule changes take around 30 seconds (but up to 2 minutes) to take effect on users' devices.

Do I need to save my changes?

No.  The system will automatically save your changes.

Can I add new rules?

Yes, you can add new rules at any time.

If I’ve added the rule to multiple age groups will it automatically remove it from all of them?

No, you’ll need to remove the rule from each age group.
