Content filtering is the process of inspecting and restricting access to internet content including websites and online access to games, social media and streaming services.

You can block or allow specific websites through our Websites feature.  Please note, this should not be used for blocking or allowing specific apps like Facebook etc.


Can I block all sites like a particular site?

Yes, you can block the sites web category.

Can I have different rules for different access periods?

Yes. You can have a site blocked in SchoolStudy and sleep but allowed in Play.

Can I block a particular page within a site?

No.  You can either block a subdomain (e.g. mobile.cats.com) or a domain (e.g. cats.com) but you’re unable to block a specific page www.cats.com/sales.

Can I use this feature to block or allow specific apps?

No, although some app traffic may be impacted by rules that you put in this section, if you are at all unsure, please contact our support team.  There are a number of apps that are specifically split out as part of our filtering categories.

Can I control which access periods my child can access a site?

Yes. You can also change this at any time.
