My child is unable to use their device’s camera
If your child is unable to use their iOS (Apple) or Android device’s camera it may be because the permission has been revoked. Usually this will mean that you won’t be able to see the camera app on the device.
Steps to resolve:
Borrow the device to an adult profile and see if you have access (Note: it may take a few minutes for the camera to come back if it’s blocked
I’ve removed Mobile Zone from my child’s iOS(Apple) device and they still don’t have the camera
Occasionally when a MDM profile is removed from an iOS device it doesn’t undo the restrictions (e.g. hiding the App store or camera) that it had put in place. To fix this issue we need to install a temporary device management profile to remove the restrictions.
Actions to resolve
