To reset a forgotten password via the online portal:
Browse to the online account login page
Click on the Forgot password link under the sign in button
Enter your email address in the Email address field
Click RESET
Click OK on the Forgotten Password pop up
Open your email and locate the Forgotten password email
Click on the click here link in the email
Type your new password in the New password field
Type your new password again in the Confirm new password field
Click Submit
Your password has been updated and you can go back to the online account login page and log in with your new password.
To reset your forgotten password in the Family Zone app:
Open the Family Zone app
Enter your email address in the Email address field
Click NEXT
Click Forgot password
Check your email address is correct in the Email address field
Click RESET
Click OK on the pop up
Open your email and locate the password reset email and click on the click here link
Enter your new password in the New Password field
Enter your new password again in the Confirm new password field
Click SUBMIT
Your password has been updated and you can go back to Zone Manager and log in with your new password.
I’ve tried to reset my password but I’m not getting the email, what do I do?
Contact our Support team. You may have opted out of receiving emails and they will need to fix this for you.
Can I have different passwords for Zone Manager and my online account?
No.
Does requesting a password reset stop the old password from being used?
No, the old password is still valid until you set a new one.
Can Support change my password?
No. For security reasons we are not able to change your password for you.
