To update your PIN or password through your online account:

  1. Log into your online account

  2. Click on your name in the top right of the screen

  3. Click on My account in the drop down list

  4. Click Edit next to Password to change your password

    1. Enter your current password in the Old password field

    2. Enter your new password in the New password field

    3. Click SAVE to save your new password

  5. Click Edit next to Quick Access PIN to change your PIN

    1. Enter your new 4 digit PIN in the New PIN field

    2. Enter your password in the Enter your password field

    3. Click SAVE

To change your PIN or password through the Zone Manager app:

  1. Open the Zone Manager app

  2. Click on Settings

  3. Click Change password

    1. Enter your new password in the New password field

    2. Enter your new password again in the New password confirmation field

    3. Click Change in the top right of the screen

    4. Click OK on the Your password was changed pop up

  4. Click Change PIN

    1. Enter your new 4 digit PIN

    2. Click Done in the top right of the screen

    3. Click OK on the You PIN was changed pop up

Do I have to change both my PIN and password?

No, you can only change one.  Simply skip the one you don’t want to change.

Can I reset the password of other users on the account?

No.  They will need to reset your password

Can Support change my password?

No.  For security reasons we are not able to change your password for you.  

When should I start using the new PIN and password?

Immediately.  The old PIN and password will no longer work.

What if I can’t remember my password?

You should follow the Forgot Password process.
