To remove a user via your online account:

  1. Log into your online account

  2. Click on the user who you want to remove

  3. Click on Account

  4. Click REMOVE FROM ACCOUNT

  5. Click YES on the Please Confirm pop up

The user will be converted to a guest on your account.

To remove a user via Zone Manager:

  1. Open the Zone Manager app

  2. Click on the user you want to remove

  3. Click Edit in the top right corner of the screen

  4. Click REMOVE FROM FAMILY

  5. Click Yes on the Remove? Pop up

The user will be converted to a guest on your account.

What does it mean to be a guest user?

Guest users are able to connect to the Home Zone box and they will have the guest policy applied (unless you change this).
