To remove a user via your online account:

  1. Log into your online account

  2. Click on the user who you want to remove

  3. Click on Account

  4. Click REMOVE FROM ACCOUNT

  5. Click YES on the Please Confirm pop up

The user will be converted to a guest on your account.

To remove a user via the Family Zone app installed on a parent’s device:

  1. Open the Family Zone app installed on a parent’s device

  2. Click on the user you want to remove

  3. Click Edit in the top right corner of the screen

  4. Click REMOVE FROM FAMILY

  5. Click Yes on the Remove? Pop up

The user will be converted to a guest on your account.

Can I remove users with devices that are protected by Family Zone’s protection apps?

No, you’ll need to remove or reassign the device before removing the user from your account.

Can I remove a user with devices that are not protected by Family Zone’s protection apps?

Yes, any devices attached to that user will become guest devices which limits your ability to control the device.  You may want to reassign the device to another user first.

What does it mean to be a guest user?

Guest users are able to connect to the Home Zone box and they will have the guest policy applied (unless you change this).

Can I remove the account holder of the account?

No.  The account holder cannot be removed, however you can change the details of the primary account holder.

Yes.

Can I delete a user?

Not exactly.  You can remove the user and then remove the guest user which will delete their details.
