To change a users details through your online account:

  1. Log into your online account

  2. Click on the user you want to update

  3. Click Account in the user dashboard

  4. Update the details you want to change

    1. First Name

    2. Surname

    3. Date of Birth

    4. Timezone

  5. Click SAVE

To change a users details through the Zone Manager app:

  1. Open the Zone Manager app

  2. Click on the user you want to update in the Family dashboard

  3. Click Edit in the top right of the screen

  4. Update the details you want to change

    1. First Name

    2. Surname

    3. Date of Birth

    4. Timezone

  5. Click Done

Why am I unable to change some users details?

Some user details are only able to be changed by the primary parent of the user.

Does updating the Date of Birth automatically update the Age group?

No, you’ll need to update this manually.

Why would I want to change the timezone of a user?

If the user is on holiday you’ll need to change the timezone to make sure that their routine is applied in the timezone they are in rather than the one at home.

Who else can see the details?

Any parent in a shared parenting relationship or partner school you’ve linked the user to.
