To set a user PIN through the Family Zone app installed on a parent's device:
Open the Family Zone app installed on a parent's device
Click on the family member you want to set the PIN for
Toggle the switch to Allow device borrowing using PIN so that it’s grey
When will my child’s PIN stop working?
Immediately. The next time they try to use their PIN they will need to use the new one.
Why can’t I see the option for a PIN for my child?
Most likely because you’re on an Insights subscription and the borrowing feature is not available.
Can I change the PIN?
Yes, you can change the PIN at any time.
