To remove devices from your account via your online account:

  1. Sign in to your online account 

  2. Click on Settings Settings 

  3. Click on Devices 

  4. Click on the device you wish to remove

  5. Click Cancel Mobile Zone (if you’ve not installed Mobile Zone this option won’t be there)

  6. Click YES on the Device Cancellation confirmation pop up

  7. Click on Remove from my Zone (for guest devices) or I no longer own this device (for family devices)

  8. Click YES on the Device Cancellation confirmation pop up

To remove devices from your account via the Zone Manager app:

  1. Open the Zone Manager app

  2. Click on Settings Settings 

  3. Click on Devices or View Devices

  4. Click on the device you wish to remove

  5. Click REMOVE MOBILE ZONE (if you’ve not installed Mobile Zone this option won’t be there)

  6. Click Yes on the Remove? pop up

  7. Click on Remove from my Zone (for guest devices) or DELETE DEVICE (for family devices)

  8. Click Yes on the Delete? pop up

Will cancelling Mobile Zone free up an entitlement and allow me to activate another device?

Yes.

Do I need to cancel Mobile Zone before uninstalling from the device?

Yes, however if you haven’t you should still remove it from your online account.

What are “Unknown devices” and why should I remove them?

Unknown devices are devices that have connected to your Home Zone box and you have not yet allocated them to a user.  If they’ve connected to the Filtered network on your box, they will have the Guest Policy applied.
