When does the routine change take effect?

Routine changes will take about 30 seconds (sometimes up to 2 minutes) to take effect.

The school time period has a lock on it and I can’t change it, why?

This is because your child is enrolled in and linked with a partner school, it should show which school at the top of their calendar.  You are unable to change School time in the routine as it’s set by the school. You are able to override it should you need to take your child out of school time.

TIP: For more information read our School Community feature guide

Why is school not available for a child?

School time is not available for your child if they are enrolled and linked with a partner school as school time is set by the partner school.
