Through the web portal:

  1. Browse to our web portal

  2. Click Forgot password

  3. Type your email into the Email address field

  4. Click Reset

  5. Click OK on the Forgotten password pop up

  6. Open your emails

  7. Click the click here link in the email to open the reset password screen

  8. Type a new password in the New password field

  9. Re enter the new password in the Confirm new password field

  10. Click Submit

  11. Browse to our web portal and log in with your new password


Via Zone Manager:

  1. Open your Zone Manager app (ensure you are logged out)

  2. Click Sign in

  3. Click Forgot Password

  4. Enter in your email address in the Email address field of the Password reset screen

  5. Click Reset

  6. Click OK on the pop up

  7. Open your emails

  8. Click the click here link in the email to open the reset password screen

  9. Type a new password in the New password field

  10. Re enter the new password in the Confirm new password field

  11. Click Submit

  12. Open your Zone Manager app and log in with your new password

   


What does my password need to contain?

Your password needs to be 8 characters in length.

How long should it take for me to get the email?

If you haven't received an email within 5 minutes, check that your address is typed correctly, your SPAM folder, and that it's the address you signed up with.  Contact Support for further assistance if you still aren’t getting an email..

It’s telling me my password link is no longer valid, what do I do?

For security reasons there is a time out on the password reset link.  Once it has timed out you will need to request a new link.
