It’s easy!


To add a new device using Zone Manager

  1. Go to your account

  2. Select your child

  3. Select “Add device”

  4. Follow the simple instructions on screen

  5. That’s it! You’re done.

To add a new device using the online portal

  1. Go to your account

  2. Select settings

  3. Select devices

  4. Select “Add Device”

  5. Follow the simple instructions on screen.

  6. And it’s a wrap!


To add a new device on the Family Zone Box 

As soon as the new device connects to your home WiFi, two things will happen

  • It will be automatically assigned to a “guest” profile, and

  • You’ll receive a notification 

Then,

  1. Go to your account

  2. Select “To Do”

  3. Select “New Device Connected”

  4. Select “Assign device to a family member”

  5. Select device type

  6. Select device owner

  7. Name the device

  8. Celebrate! You’re done!


OR … you can register the new device on the new device itself. 


Simply

  1. Grab the device

  2. Browse to http://home.tools

  3. Enter Parent pin number

  4. Name the device

  5. Select device type

  6. Select user

  7. Submit

  8. Congrats! You’re all finished!
