To get the best out of our cyber safety features we ask you to register your family members in your account creating a user for each member. By registering them and their date of birth we can help ensure age appropriate internet filtering rules are provided. We also let you create adult users and assign users Parent Access so they can share administration of your account.
Why is date of birth required when registering a user?
So we can assign age appropriate internet filtering rules. We do this through assigning Age Profile Controls (see the Settings menu) when you register users.
Why do parents need to have a user created?
Parents need to have users created in our system so that we can identify them when they log in. Parents can also borrow devices to test what is happening when troubleshooting filtering issues.

What is Parent Access?
This is a permission you can provide a user in your account. They have the ability to view everything and perform all actions on your account except for administering your personal account and your account’s subscription.
Is parent internet usage tracked?
By default internet traffic for any user 18 and over is NOT TRACKED, however this setting can be changed. Apps installed on iOS(Apple) and Android devices will show in your online account.

Who is the Account Owner?
The Account Owner is the person who created your account. The owner has special permissions and cannot be deleted.
Can another parent become the Account Owner?
No. However you can change the email address for the account.
Can I delete the account owner?
No, however you can contact our support team to request this.
How do I share the responsibility for a child with another parent who doesn’t live with me?
You can set up a shared parenting arrangement with the other parent.

What happens if there is a dispute between parents?
We will not arbitrate disputes between parents. We will at all times comply with the requests of the account owner and any user's primary parent.
How many parents can an account have?
There is no limit.
Why can't I use the same email address for all parents?
We require a different email address for each Parent as we send account notifications, usage reports and more.
Can I have the same PIN for all parents?
Yes. However it’s not recommended.
Can I filter adults?
Yes. The Adult Profile can be modified to include blocking at your discretion.
