- Menu: Help
- Select: New support ticket
Enter these details:
- Box ID
- Detailed description of the fault
- What troubleshooting you have completed
- How long you have owned the Box
- Where you purchased it
- Receive a response within 1 working day. We will inform you of our suggested next steps.
