Log a fault

  • Log into the Family Zone Web Account
  • Menu: Help
  • Select: New support ticket
  • Enter these details:
    • Box ID
    • Detailed description of the fault
    • What troubleshooting you have completed
    • How long you have owned the Box
    • Where you purchased it
  • Receive a response within 1 working day. We will inform you of our suggested next steps.
