Hi. I am trying to add a family member with parent access. However, i get an error message "email address is not unique" after entering their email address. I have tried two different email addresses of theirs and get the same error message. What is the issue, and how can I resolve it?
They will already have Familyzone accounts set up using those email addresses. They'll need to cancel their old accounts.
