When changing the device, I understand we need to remove the old device from my account. Otherwise, the error occurs when installing Mobile zone app to new device. But I cannot remove the old device from my account as causing unexpected error.

You can alternatively schedule a call back at a time that you have the device available here.
To remove a device, in the web portal, go to settings, devices and select the device you want to remove. Then click remove from my zone.
Tried this several times but it doesn't work. Always get a message that "we have an unexpected problem".
