Devices cannot reach internet until FamilyZone diabled

I am finding that my children's devices are losing all connection to internet via Apps or Browser. Even setting them on Play mode with few restrictions doesn't allow any access. Used MobileZone app on the phone to temporarily disable filtering, and suddenly they work as normal. Both phones are Oppo.R15 Both stopped working properly in the last few days. I will have to disable family zone until I can find a fix

I think it would be best to set-up a callback with our support staff to sort this out. I say this as we do sometimes have issues with Oppo phones and I think this will be best resolved through a live call rather than a back and forth email chain.
