Not working using 3g/4g

Family zone does not seem to work at all when my daughter is using 3g/4g. So if she disconnect from our home WiFi network then I can’t ckntrol her phone.

Thanks for getting in touch with us. I have had a look at your account and have noted there are alerts on every device that Mobile Zone is installed on.

Please open Mobile Zone on each device and follow the prompts to grant the relevant permissions or reinstall Mobile Zone's device management if needed.
