So we have installed FZ and MZ on all devices and our desktop. All routines have been setup as suggested but the kids still have access to everything they want. There does not seem to be any app or website that they cannot access. Nothing is blocked, everything is available.
What am I doing wrong?
I can see that you spoke to one of our agents more recently on this issue. If it is not yet resolved, please let us know.
So somebody did help me but the my son can still do whatever he wants and does not appear to be impeded by Mobilezone at all.
