Wifi Provider Change

Hi Ive changed WIFI provider and I’m having trouble getting access for the kids iPads. I have ‘forgotten’ the connection and reconnected it but that hasn’t helped. Is there somewhere within Family Zone that I need to do that for the main connnection too? Thankyou

Can I ask whether this is happening when they connect to the Home Zone box or to the ISP provided WiFi? Once the Home Zone is connected from the LAN port in your ISP modem to the Blue WAN port in the Home Zone box, there should be no further steps to take. Can you please call in or book a callback via the Support section of Portal and we can help you get this fixed?
