Multiple Ovo accounts

I signed my 2nd son up to an Ovo account, like I had my older son, that advertised the free family zone service. However, i have been unable to add him to my existing account for my older son. How do i get a second activation key? I got the following message from ovo "now that you've signed up to OVO you're entitled to a free cyber safety protection account from family zone" but my account tells me I cannot add another.

Hi Daryl,


Unfortunately, due to limitations with OVO packages, only one licence is allowed per account. The solution for this would be to have two accounts, or to sign up to a Family Zone subscription for $5.95 per month and have 6 licences under one account.
