My 10 year old and 12 year old children are unable to access Facetime from their iOS devices since installing the Home box. This is a feature I approve of them using because neither of them have phones and this is the way they contact their cousins and myself when I'm away on business. Can you please explain how I can allow this for them?
This feature is controlled by the Apple Services option under Settings > Age Profile Controls > Web Categories. If you are still having issues after you allow this, please call in or schedule a callback through the Support section of the Portal for a time and date that suits you when you will have the devices to test.
