How to change devices

My daughter has changed phones. I received the alert to say mobile zone has been deleted from her old phone. When we downloaded the app on to her new phone a message appears saying something went wrong. All device entitlements for this account have been used. To register a new device, you will need to upgrade your account or deregister a device. How do I deregister and put the new phone in?

As your account only has one licence from OVO the Mobile Zone app will need to have the licence removed from the old device. Open Portal > Settings > Devices > Click on Hayley’s iPhone (iPhone) > Select the Cancel Mobile Zone. Once this is done, you can remove the device from the account and add the new device.
