We have just signed up to Familyzone and can't send or receive email through outlook. We have a gmail account. Do I need to use an unfiltered connection? Gmail works fine when using it through the web.
I believe we resolved this in a ticket with our Customer Service Team.
What was the answer to this problem?
Please ensure the Email category is unfiltered.
1. Log in at https://portal.familyzone.com
2. Click settings, age profile controls
3. Select the appropriate age profile for the child, then select web categories
4. Find Email, ensure it is unfiltered (blue)
