You can unsubscribe by logging in to your Family Zone account - https://portal.familyzone.com. Click your name at the top right, select Subscription. On the store page that opens, click Cancel Account towards the bottom left.
Once this is done, please send an email to email@example.com from the email address you wish to be deleted, requesting to delete your account and all data, and we can then begin that process.
