Cyber Safety filters not working

I have blocked snapchat through the Cyber Safety feature for my daughters profile (juniors 13-15) but she is still able to download and install. I have checked that Mobile Zone filtering is on. Anything I may have missed?

She will be able to download and install Snapchat but shouldn't be able to login and get new information in the routines it is blocked in. Can you confirm if she has access to Snapchat after it's been downloaded? If so, please open a support ticket with us via the Support sections in your Portal.
