I believe your issues are currently / have been dealt with in our ticket system respectively.
Could you please connect the device without the app to the WiFi and run a speed test, then reconnect the app and re-run that test and let me know the ping, download and upload speed you are getting?

My son is complaining about this also.
I have same problem since installing Family Zone particularly slow internet or internet cutting in and out .
