It sounds like the Permit App Installs setting has been changed to not allowed. You can borrow the device to yourself to install an app using the Mobile Zone app and your Parent Pin. You can do this by tapping the name circle in the Mobile Zone app.
The settings in your portal would seem correct and allow this for your profile. It may take a few minutes for the restriction to be lifted. Can you confirm how long you waited for the App to re-appear? If this is more than a few minutes, please call in to our support team and we can help you resolve this.
I have reviewed an App and decided to allow my daughter 8-12 access to it. However, when I Borrow her device, selecting my name (Adult 21+) - the Apps store does not reappear. In fact no Apps change at all?
I just had a look at your account and it looks like you switched off 'permit app installs'. I have enabled it for you so please restart the device and it should pop back up.
