Restrictions applied when MDM removed

When on my daughters iPhone the MDM mobile zone was removed and we were notified, we went through the steps to reinstall however it’s now placed restrictions on my daughters device and she cannot access anything on her phone... how can this be fixed?

Thanks for your query. Those settings are controlled through your Family Zone account. Can you please log into and then select "Cyber Safety" and then "Controls", select the appropriate age profile from the drop-down menu, and then click on "Restrictions".
