I am setting up family zone mobile - downloaded the app on my son's device, received a code - entered this.. Then on the device when I try to 'enrol' this is the message I receive???
I was able to successfully enroll a test device on our end using your child's profile, this means there shouldn't be any issue with your account.
Could you restart your son's device and try to enroll again?
