There could be a few reasons why the internet connection could be dropping out. Here are a few reasons:
1. The devices you are using on your account are not registered as users and are given the guest profile which may be blocking majority of the internet
2. Could be routines not set correctly
3. There may be an issue with the box to which we can do a few tests to confirm
