Endless loop of entering activation code

Trying to activate Mobile Zone app (1.1.8) on iPhone 4 (iOS 7.1.2 - last supported OS on this phone). I have installed app and input activation code numerous times. Message is returned each time that profiles have successfully installed. The profiles are visible in Settings/General/Profiles. As soon as Mobile Zone app is opened it asks for activation code again, creating an endless loop. In the Family Zone Portal the device is visible, but says that Mobile Zone app has not been installed. I have deleted app, deleted profiles, power cycled in every conceivable combination but the problem persists. Please advise how to solve.

Could you please confirm whether you have emojis in the device name? We found this issue previously with a different customer and it was fixed. If this is not the case, we will need to look into it further for you.

Our Mobile Zone App capability is from iOS 8 and onwards.

Please upgrade your device firmware and let us know if the issue persists?
