I have taken at a look at the logs and the only blocks I can see coming through for YouTube are during sleep time.
If you are certain the inability to access YouTube was occuring outside of Sleep time, please first give the Family Zone Box a power cycle by disconnecting it from the power, waiting 30 seconds, then powering it back it. This will clear any cached information on the Box.
If after this it is still not working please consider scheduling a call back via this link: https://calendly.com/family-zone-support. We can then troubleshoot live while the device is on hand to see what may be blocking access.

I have just installed Family Zone and given my 12 year old access to Youtube. He can navigate to site, but no videos can be accessed. Video cursor just spins and times out. How do I fix this. Youtube works fine on my unrestricted Family Zone profile.
If you feel like your child's "Internet age" is older than his actual age you can manually move him to an older age bracket by clicking on his profile in Portal and selecting the Settings option. You can also deviate from the standard settings in his actual age bracket by toggling any of the controls in Portal > Cyber Safety or Zone Manager > Settings.
Kids YouTube comes under the same category as Adult YouTube, so the access should be the same.
To enable us to investigate into the issue further, could you please provide the following:
1. The user of the device
2. What device is experiencing these issues
3. What time and day they were unable to access it
