Not receiving daily reports as requested

Hi there. I requested daily reports. Initially they arrived daily, then only every second day. Now its a week. I am on holidays without my children so didn't really notice. But today got notification that the devices have not registered any usage for 4 days!!! So they have had FZ disabled 4 days!!!! What's going on please????

Hi Lisa,

Checking our email history to you, there were emails sent about device violations. This means you should have received an email to mention the Family Zone App was removed on those specific devices.

Have you checked your spam folder just in case?
