I have a family member who has requested a change to their internet access from their device.
Yes I could just ask them, but I'm testing functionality in order to recommend to my community.
I get an email saying this is the case, and a link to click from the email.
When I click it it takes me to the portal showing family members, but there is no obvious message.
There seems to be no way to understand what the requested change is - no alert, no message flag, no 'to do' item.
The access request is designed for when a specific website is requested by the child.
I've passed your feedback on to our developers and we will certainly aim to make this more intuitive for all our customers.
