I have just set up Family Zone and the settings do not seem to work. Playtime time set does not seem to be allowing it to be set on phone as it should. Its sat 10.15am and the playtime settings should allow access to internet. But my child cant access the internet.
I had an issue with one device that seemed stuck. Powering down the device and then back on again seemed to have fixed it.
Could you please confirm the device, the time, and what access period it was in? It might also be worthwhile checking the timezones in case something isn't reflecting correctly there.
As Jason mentioned, it would also be worthwhile powercycling the device to see if that makes a difference.
