IOS restrictions

would like the ability to apply restrictions to IOS restrictions based on routine. EG: at sleep time the camera can be restricted

Thanks for your feedback.

We currently offer device restrictions under our controls. To find them, access the side menu on the left hand side in Portal and click on Cyber Safety. Enter Controls and then Restrictions. This lists the restrictions we currently provide, however this covers all time periods. I'll pass the feedback on to our developers to see if we can make it time-specific in future.

Downloaded the app on Android Samsung. The connections to the net is fine. However, when I enter the KEY/Pin I get the follwing message, "Activation failed. Please check connectivity and try again." 

I have turned off the mobile and tried it. I still get the same error.

Please Help.


Hi Ash,

Can you please clarify at what stage it is asking for a key/pin, as sometimes this is a device setting instead of a Family Zone one.

Secondly, is the VPN symbol turned on in the top left hand corner of the screen?
